Time for some macro!

Time to take the Sigma 105mm EX DG Macro for a spin on the A7R with the LA-EA4 adapter. I link the lens very much, it is a bit on the soft side of things and tends to back focus, but the focal length is lovely also for non-macro shots, and it has lots of character. AF is decent in normal shots, but also in macro mode.
The weather was very promising but all of a sudden the light was veiled by the usual British clouds, so everything became greyer and less contrasty, thus I resorted to my by now beloved film emulation presets, which really set a great mood (IMHO as usual).

All shot handheld, because… I set out to do some macro shots in the woods, so clearly I did not bring a tripod.
