Botany Bay

In all these years I can’t imagine why I had never been to Botany Bay, what a discovery! Dawn must be really great because the cliffs look eastward, so sunset light there is basically twilight. Maybe for the lazy landscape photographer that I am the ideal hours are precisely 2-3 hours before sunset, when the sun is still above the cliffs but low enough to colour the surroundings and lengthen shadows. Botany Bay is, though, in any light, a wonderful, almost mediterranean beach.
